just give me that june (june june june june)

Oh my gosh. It's June. M-month. T-minus not too much time until I'm wiping tears off my cheeks on a plane out of Hartford and invoking a brave spirit to face the beginning of this journey I've been waiting for for months...years...it's almost here. It's almost time. Wow.

I think you should know that your excitement about leaving is feeding my excitement about JA in big ways.
Creeping up on that one-year mark it's good to remember that barely containable "did I drink too much coffee or is that just adrenaline?" feeling of day one.

So: Thanks, take care, go eat a shitton of pizza and burritos, buy a magazine or two, and tell me when I can give you a call at staging. ;)

My dearest, darlingest daughter:
I am looking forward to sharing your adventure from home, and I know that we are sending you off with full knowledge that you are ready for the world! The folks of BF are gonna love our girl!! xoxomom

As I spoke to you briefly when you were getting ready to board the plane to Paris, you sounded wonderful...excited, yet calm and cool. I must say, you put this old mom's head and heart at ease! Dad and I both feel that you are on your way to something big! Our love to you always, Molly.

Molly Molly Molly - I knew you wouldn't have been able to post anything yet - are you even on the ground somewhere yet? But I had to check. I am already missing you, but can't wait to get excited updates from you (soon??). Hope you're having a fabulous time, wherever you are. Much love McCue!
